Befrienders International -http://www.befrienders.org/ Finds resources in your country. Information on what to do if you are suicidal. As well as information on what to do if a friend is suicidal and the warning signs of suicide. Also, most importantly, phone numbers to crisis centers and hotlines and e-mail addresses of individuals ready to listen and to do what they can to help.
Last of all, information on depression, self-injury and homosexuality. As well as some additional information on suicide.
The Samaritans -http://www.samaritans.org/ A charity based in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. It provides completely confidential emotional support to those who are suicidal and those who are in despair. This can be done through e-mail, the phone, snail mail or face-to-face. Publications are also available.
